Our Commitment to You

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST on regular business days will typically ship within five (5) business days. Standard orders are usually shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (except military addresses). If you need to ship to a military address, please reach out to us using our customer service chat, or email [email protected] for a custom invoice.

We do offer in-person pickup at any of the Computer Cave locations available during checkout. Please note that valid government issued ID will be required for all in-store pickup orders.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are determined at checkout and are based on the destination, calculated in real time through the selected carrier. Some items may incur an additional shipping surcharge due to size or weight. For more detailed shipping timelines, please visit the carrier's site.

Expedited shipping is available on select orders but depends on credit approval and product availability. Please note that expedited services are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

No — currently at this time we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we look forward to being able to serve international customers in the future.


Carrier and Delivery Requirements

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx based on the services selected during checkout. We require a signature upon delivery for added security on all orders above $300, or containing PCs.


Observed Holidays

Computer Cave Gaming does not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after

  • Christmas Day


Additional Shipping Information

  • We reserve the right to hold orders for quality assurance or fraud prevention. If your order is affected, we will notify you within two (2) business days.

  • Ground shipping does not include add-ons like components, upgrades, or custom services unless otherwise noted.

  • Oversized or specialty items may have additional fees, clearly stated on the product page and calculated at checkout.

  • Sales tax is collected on shipping costs for orders delivered to Washington State.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is reported lost or stolen, we will begin a claim with the shipping carrier. We are only able to issue a replacement or refund once the courier officially confirms the package is lost or unrecoverable and agrees to reimburse us. Without this verification, we cannot risk sending duplicate shipments.

All deliveries for orders greater than $300, or containing PCs require a signature. If no one is available to sign and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping. Computer Cave Gaming is authorized and will charge the original payment method for any shipping-related fees.


Cancellations and Returns After Shipment

Once an order has been updated/labeled as "shipped", we may no longer be able to cancel your order. The package must be delivered to its final destination, and then the customer may be eligible for a refund based on the Return Policy, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and (depending on the return) a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
