At Computer Cave Gaming, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning a product.
General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. All returned merchandise must be in its original, undamaged condition and must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other items that were included in the original shipment.
- Only products that have been purchased directly from computercavegaming.com can be returned to Computer Cave Gaming. Computer Cave Gaming products purchased through other retailers including Computer Cave retail stores must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Computer Cave Gaming will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match the recorded information from the original order.
- There are no returns or refunds on orders made through a third-party financing provider. Please see our Warranty Policy for assistance,
- The original shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the return is due solely to an error made by Computer Cave Gaming.
Return Process
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team to request and receive an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Prepare Your Shipment: Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of the shipping box.
Ship the Product: All returns must be sent using a shipping service that provides tracking information. You are required to provide this tracking number to our customer support team once the item has been shipped.
Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You may choose your own carrier, but the service must include tracking.
Alternatively, you may request a return shipping label from Computer Cave Gaming. If a label is provided by us, the full cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Computer Cave Gaming is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. We strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment for its full value.
Refunds, Fees, and Damages
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product.
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Damages: If any damage to the product is found during our inspection, the full Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the damaged component(s) will be deducted from your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, and internal hardware damage.
Original Packaging: Returns must be sent back with all original packing materials. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or the rejection of the return.
Your refund will be processed after the inspection is complete. The final refund amount will be the original purchase price, minus the 20% restocking fee, any applicable return shipping costs, and any costs associated with damage to the product.
